Logistics terms for wholesale orders
Fulfillment time
Fulfillment time is one business day. Orders paid by 12:00 PM ship the same day — what counts is the time the payment is credited. Orders above 200,000 straws are fulfilled directly from production, with a lead time confirmed individually.
Costs
Delivery to a single location is free from 6 packs — even when the order has to be split into several parcels. Below that threshold, you pay for each physical parcel according to its gross weight: up to 2 kg — PLN 12.99 net, 2–5 kg — PLN 13.99 net, 5–10 kg — PLN 15.99 net. A single parcel cannot exceed 10 kg gross (0.5 kg is taken up by the shipping carton and padding), so heavier orders are split automatically, and you'll see the cost in your cart before placing the order. We ship parcels with DPD courier. Delivery to an address with restricted access may require scheduling a time, which we'll let you know about before shipping.
Multiple addresses in a single order
Every location defined in the order gets its own shipment and its own waybill number. Notes entered in the location's description, such as goods-receiving hours, are passed on to the courier along with the order.
Payment methods
You pay in advance: via Przelewy24 (BLIK, instant bank transfer, card) or by standard bank transfer. For bank transfers, you'll receive the account details along with your order confirmation. We ship the goods once payment is credited. We don't offer cash on delivery or deferred payment terms.
Invoices
We send the VAT invoice as a PDF to the address given in your account, no later than the day the goods are shipped. On request, we'll add the buyer's own order number.
