Wholesale Terms and Conditions — NŌVA GLASS STRAWS

1. Parties and Scope

The seller is MJW Sp. z o.o., ul. Sosnowa 4, 64-020 Piechanin, NIP 783 182 72 95, REGON 387557814, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000870164. The shop sells exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of Article 43¹ of the Polish Civil Code. Registering an account requires providing an NIP and verifying the company in the REGON register. The seller is the owner of the NŌVA GLASS STRAWS brand and its exclusive distributor. The straws are manufactured by BUXI Sp. z o.o. The seller alone remains the party to the sales agreement, the issuer of the invoice, and the recipient of any claims and returns.

2. Prices and Orders

All prices listed in the shop are net prices in Polish złoty and do not include VAT or delivery costs. We add VAT at a rate of 23% to every order. The order becomes binding once the shop confirms it by email, including the pack specification and delivery addresses.

3. Split Deliveries

The buyer may specify up to 25 delivery points in a single order. Each delivery point constitutes a separate shipment with its own waybill; the delivery cost is calculated separately for each point. A single invoice is issued, itemizing the items assigned to each location.

4. Delivery

We ship packs via DPD courier. The standard lead time is one business day for items in stock, counted from when the payment is credited. Orders ready for dispatch by 12:00 PM are handed to the carrier the same business day. Delivery is free when at least 6 packs are shipped to a single location — even if the shipment is split into several parcels. Below that threshold, the cost is calculated per physical parcel based on its gross weight: up to 2 kg — PLN 12.99 net, 2–5 kg — PLN 13.99 net, 5–10 kg — PLN 15.99 net. A single parcel cannot exceed 10 kg gross.

5. Payments

Payment is made in advance, via Przelewy24 or by bank transfer to the seller's account. The buyer receives the transfer details together with the order confirmation. The seller begins processing the order once payment is credited. The seller does not offer deferred payment terms or cash on delivery.

6. Claims and Breakage

Damage sustained in transit must be reported within 3 business days, with a photo of the packaging and contents. Replacement is conditional on returning the damaged goods — a photo alone is not sufficient. We process quality claims within 14 days. Returns of goods in full, resalable condition in their original packaging are possible within 14 days, with the buyer covering the cost of return shipping.

7. Product Warranty

The straws are made of soda-lime glass. We guarantee resistance to washing in a commercial dishwasher for 500 cycles. The warranty covers 24 months and does not cover mechanical damage arising from use. The warranty is provided by the seller. Warranty claims are handled directly with the seller — the buyer is not required to contact the manufacturer. Technical parameters of the straws are given per the manufacturer's specification, BUXI Sp. z o.o.

8. Data and Confidentiality

We share the contact details of people receiving deliveries only with the carrier handling the shipment. Individual pricing terms agreed outside the shop are confidential and binding only on the parties to that agreement.

9. Final Provisions

Matters not covered herein are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the seller's registered office. The seller reserves the right to amend these terms with 14 days' notice; orders placed before the amendment are governed by the version in force on the date the order was placed.
