Yes. Soda-lime glass withstands standard commercial dishwasher cycles up to 65 °C. Avoid sudden temperature changes — don't put hot straws straight into ice, or boiling water onto cold ones. We recommend a glass rack or a straw insert so the straws don't knock against each other.

Losses of a few percent per year are normal in high-volume service. That's why it's worth ordering a margin of extra stock upfront for larger orders. Report transit damage within 3 business days with a photo — we replace the goods once the damaged items are returned.

For orders of 200,000 pieces or more, custom production is possible, including bent versions and thicker tubes for cocktails with pulp. Quote within one business day.

No — we don't include brushes with wholesale packs. Washing in a commercial dishwasher is entirely sufficient: water flows through the full length of the tube, and the clear glass lets you check the result visually right away.

No — payment is made in advance: via Przelewy24 (BLIK, instant transfer, card) or by bank transfer. We process the order once payment is credited, and you'll receive the transfer details together with the order confirmation. We send the VAT invoice by email.

Yes, that's a core feature of the shop. During checkout, you add locations and split the packs between them. You pay once, and each location receives a separate shipment.

Yes. Directive (EU) 2019/904 bans single-use plastic straws. Our straws are a reusable glass product, so they aren't covered by the ban. On request, we issue a material declaration.

The ends are rounded and fire-polished, with no sharp edges. In locations with children and in pool areas, we recommend serving straws in thick-walled glasses, or using the shorter 15 cm version.

We ship a sample set of 25 pieces with an invoice for PLN 49.00 net, and we deduct this cost from your first wholesale order. Request it via the contact form.

Yes — kiln-fired ceramic printing, from 50,000 pieces. We prepare the artwork from a vector file, and you approve a sample before production.
