Data controller

What data we collect

Company data retrieved from the REGON register after you provide your NIP (Polish tax ID), the contact details of the person registering the account, the addresses and phone numbers of people receiving deliveries at the locations you define, and your order history. We do not collect data beyond what is needed to handle wholesale sales.

Purposes and legal basis

We process data to perform the sales contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), to issue invoices and fulfill tax obligations (point (c)), and to handle complaints and pursue claims (point (f)).

Data recipients

We share data with the carriers handling delivery (phone number and delivery point address), the Przelewy24 payment provider, our accounting office, and our hosting provider. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

Retention period

We retain billing data for 5 years from the end of the tax year, account data until the account is deleted, and contact details from inquiries for 12 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Cookies

We use technical cookies to maintain your session and cart, as well as analytics cookies to measure site traffic. Analytics cookies are enabled only with your consent. The cart and your list of locations are also stored in your browser's local storage, so your order doesn't disappear if you refresh the page.
