What it pairs with

Iced cocktails, lemonades, iced coffee, spritzes, and non-alcoholic drinks. Glass is flavor-neutral, so it doesn't alter a drink's profile even after extended contact with citrus or syrups. It works well in hotel bars, restaurants, catering, and spa areas.

Cleaning and use

Commercial dishwasher, a glass rack, or a dedicated straw insert, temperature up to 65 °C. Washing in the dishwasher is entirely sufficient — we don't include brushes with wholesale packs. Soda-lime glass doesn't handle sudden temperature changes well — after the dishwasher, let the straws cool for a moment before they go into ice.

Packaging and logistics

Straws ship in bulk packs of 150 or 200 pieces, with cardboard dividers, no bubble wrap. Packs are sent by courier. Orders are processed within one business day of payment being credited, with a separate waybill for each location.

Warranty and complaints

Report transit damage within 3 business days with a photo; replacement follows the return of the damaged goods. We process quality claims within 14 days. On request, we issue a material declaration and documents for environmental audits.
